Exciting innovations from Altendorf Group America at IWF 2024
Under the moto of “YOU DESERVE BETTER” at IWF 2024 in Atlanta, Altendorf Group America showcased its advances in workplace safety, product performance and customer service.

Visitors were fascinated by the impressive presentation and professional demonstrations on Altendorf Group America’s largest booth ever. They followed the demonstrations of the machines with interest and were able to experience their performance and innovative technology at first hand.

Altendorf Group America presented itself with numerous product highlights at this years IWF trade fair:

Altendorf Machines – Better Cutting
One particular highlight presented by the Altendorf America team of experts at IWF Atlanta was HAND GUARD, the world’s first certified AI- and camera-based safety assistance system for sliding table saws. HAND GUARD along with the other sliding table saws on display like the masterpiece among sliding table saws Altendorf F 45, the compact yet versatile Altendorf F 25 and the professional-grade Altendorf WA 8 whose advanced features all inspired and excited visitors during the 5 day long IWF trade fair.
Altendorf Machines – Better Edgebanding
The Altendorf Group America team presented the next generation of F- and K-Series edgebanding machines to visitors of the IWF trade fair. These machines have made a tidy performance leap forward in many respects. Due to the performance increases and the comfortable handling within the machine series, edgebanding is much faster and easier with the F-series next. The K-Series next impresses with even more performance for even more output. Through demonstrations, visitors to the booth were able to experience the precision and efficiency of the machines.
Live Demos
During the hourly HAND GUARD live demos, visitors were able to see how Altendorf’s sliding table saws take work in the woodworking trade to a new level. The professional and well-known moderator Maxi Sarwas presented the unique selling points und functions of our HAND GUARD sliding table saw with safety assistance system in dialogue with Markus Ottemeier (Product Manager sliding table saws).
