Official Rules for the Altendorf Group America Inc. Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Altendorf Group America Inc., 319 Oates Road, Suite C, Mooresville, NC 28117, USA (hereinafter “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who visit the Altendorf Group America Inc.

3. Entry

Participation is possible exclusively through the online registration of an Altendorf sliding table saw or edgebanding machine on the Sponsor’s website. Each individual or company may submit one (1) entry per quarter. Multiple entries by the same individual or company within one quarter will result in disqualification.

4. Promotion Period

The sweepstakes is ongoing. A random drawing will be conducted quarterly from among all eligible entries received by the end of each quarter.

5. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) complimentary on-site maintenance service carried out by a certified Altendorf expert. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted for cash or any other consideration.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be determined in a random drawing within ten (10) business days following the end of each quarter. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable quarter.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at registration. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) business days after initial notification, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Data Privacy

Personal data collected for the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or for prize fulfillment. Please refer to the Altendorf Group America Inc. 9. Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Sponsor or its agents.

10. Legal Recourse

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Modification of Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity, administration, or security of the sweepstakes.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that best reflects the intent of the original provision.
