Official Rules for the Altendorf Group America Inc. Sweepstakes at the IWF Fair in Atlanta

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Altendorf Group America Inc., 319 Oates Road, Suite C, Mooresville, NC 28117, USA (hereinafter “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who visit the Altendorf Group America Inc. booth at the IWF Fair in Atlanta. Employees of Altendorf Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry

To enter the sweepstakes, participants must fill out an entry form available at the Altendorf Group booth. The entry form must include correct answers to three questions related to the HAND GUARD presentation, as well as contact information (name, address, phone number, email address).

4. Entry Period

The sweepstakes will take place during the entire duration of the IWF Fair in Atlanta. The exact period will be announced at the fair.

5. Prize

A F 25 sliding table saw will be awarded to one winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at the Altendorf Group booth on the last day of the fair at 12:00 PM.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced at the booth and notified via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Data Privacy

Personal data collected for the sweepstakes will only be used for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and will be deleted afterwards. Please refer to the Altendorf Group America Inc. privacy policy on the company’s website for more information.

9. Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for any damages related to participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Sponsor or its agents.

10. Legal Recourse

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Modification of Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to change these terms or terminate the sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control require it.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that best meets the intent of the original provision.
