Altendorf Group presents new F 35 sliding table saw
- Press releases
The Altendorf Group, a leader in premium woodworking machinery, is officially presenting the new F 35, an innovative sliding table saw that is characterized by outstanding user-friendliness, high cutting precision and intelligent functions.
Minden, May 7, 2025 With its wide product structure and sophisticated operating concept, the F 35 opens up new possibilities for trade and industrial businesses that rely on future viability, digital integration and an excellent price-performance ratio.
F 35: A new standard for professional woodworking
The new F 35 has been designed as the successor to the WA 8 and WA 80 models and is positioned between the F 25 and F 45 as an independent machine type. With its clearly structured type logic, intuitive operation via a tilting and swiveling 15-inch touchscreen and practical equipment options, the F 35 sets new standards in its class.
Four pre-configured variants offer the right solution for every application – from solid wood processing to modern interior finishing and complex panel processing. At the heart of the machine is the new machine control system, which is already used in Hebrock edgebanding machines and thus creates a standardized operating concept within the Altendorf Group. In the future, all Altendorf Group machines will be equipped with this control technology.
More benefits with every cut
- Simple, intuitive operation and quick access to important information – thanks to a 15-inch touchscreen with clear visual user guidance and direct access to the operating instructions.
- Precise and convenient adjustment for different materials – made possible by the motorized adjustment for height and tilting of the saw unit (up to 154 mm cutting height).
- Improved visibility and safety while saving set-up time – thanks to LED warning light and optional RAPIDO system on the scoring unit.
- Fast, precise positioning and reduced adjustment effort – thanks to the (model-dependent) CNC rip fence and crosscut fence – a unique feature for machines in this range.
- Increased clarity and simplified control of settings – by displaying all active parameters at a glance.
- More flexibility and space when processing larger workpieces – thanks to the optional swing-away device for the cross table.
- Maximum running smoothness, stability and long-lasting precision – thanks to the solid machine frame with around 30 % more weight and rigidity compared to the WA 8.
The F 35 also has an IIoT connection to the new Altendorf Group Nexus platform – the digital control center for the networked workshop. With NEXUS, users can keep an eye on their machines at all times, benefit from real-time data, receive remote support, software updates and precise fault diagnoses – everything is centralized, everything is connected.
The platform thus creates new connections between people, machines and opportunities – and lays the foundation for a productive, safe and future-proof working environment.
Suitable for many requirements
The F 35 is available in four versions, each with two cutting widths (1,000 and 1,410 mm) and is therefore aimed at:
- Joineries and interior fitters
- Industrial companies with a medium degree of automation
- Educational institutions, municipalities and workshops
- Plastics and light metal processors
The machine is particularly interesting for users who want to make the switch to modern machine control systems or who have been working with analog sliding table saws up to now. Compared to the WA 8 or WA 80, the F 35 offers more automation, a powerful control system, greater cutting precision and ease of use at the highest level.
