Altendorf Group presents NEXUS IIOT – The control center for the digital workshop
- Press releases
Minden, May 15, 2025 The Altendorf Group is taking the next step towards a connected future and is presenting its new IIOT platform Altendorf Group NEXUS. The digital solution enables users to visualize machine data in real time, carry out precise fault diagnoses, use remote support and carry out control software updates- all networked, all from a single source.
More transparency. More control. More efficiency.
NEXUS was developed to solve the daily challenges in modern workshops. Whether carpentry, industry or training – the platform allows machine and operating data to be viewed at any time and from any location. This increases availability, reduces unplanned downtime and creates the basis for well-founded decisions in day-to-day operations.
The most important NEXUS functions include
- Real-time monitoring and analysis of machine statuses
- Digital maintenance history and status overview
- Remote support from Altendorf service teams
- Automated software updates and intuitive user interface
- Centralized management of multiple machines in one place
Closer to the customer – more opportunities for the future
With NEXUS, the Altendorf Group is building a bridge between man, machine and digital progress. The platform is part of the company’s comprehensive digital strategy and a further step towards supporting customers and partners with practical innovations.
“We don’t just want to supply machines, we want to create added value – through digitalization, transparency and service quality. NEXUS is the next logical step in offering our customers a real head start,” explains Ansgar von Garrel, Head of Marketing at the Altendorf Group.
The new F 35 sliding table saw and the new facelift versions of the Hebrock edgebanding machines are prepared for use with NEXUS, more will follow.
Experience it live now
Interested companies can now register for a personal demo of the NEXUS platform. The solution will be presented live at LIGNA 2025 – including the six practical applications that will be presented at the trade fair stand.
At the IIOT stand, visitors will experience a fully networked infrastructure with practical scenarios: a central screen shows remote access and ongoing software updates. A tablet and smartphone show the dashboards and mobile functions of the NEXUS app.
