With a newly structured management team, the company is placing even greater strategic emphasis on the needs of its customers and partners worldwide. The goal is to establish sustainable structures that enable more targeted market development, improved service quality, and innovation-driven product development.

A leadership team committed to customer orientation and future readiness

The new management team consists of Matthias Picker (CEO), Ingo Körner (CFO), and Vit Kafka (CSO). Matthias Picker brings international experience from the woodworking and machine tool industries and stands for customer-oriented leadership and technological advancement. Ingo Körner contributes extensive expertise in strategic corporate management and process optimization. Vit Kafka has been with the company for over 30 years and, with his international sales experience, plays a key role in maintaining close ties to the market and customers.
