About Engelhardt
Mario Engelhardt completed his training as a master carpenter around 20 years ago. He quickly realised that he valued his home in Ebergötzen so much that he had to build something of his own there.
So he and his father decided to construct a building entirely on their own, according to their own ideas. Only bricklayers had to be ordered, everything else was a family affair. Even the 120 square metre concrete foundation was poured by both men in one day. By Christmas 2003, the time had come: the first machine was put into operation and production of the company’s own workshop windows began.
The mission extends beyond crafting furniture to actively creating a higher quality of life.
Furnishing
Office for a roofing company: The roofing company wanted to furnish its first office with “furniture for a living”. The interior design, consisting of a bench, table and cupboards, was to combine the natural character of oak wood with modern elements. In the best Engelhardt style, they took the customer’s ideas and wishes and incorporated them into a unique design. Thanks to their network of partners, they were even able to seamlessly integrate the upholstery and metal parts.
Interior fittings
Play paradise for the Ebergötzen daycare centre: in 2019, Engelhardt won the tender for the interior fit-out of the daycare centre in Ebergötzen. The challenge: a play and climbing room where the little rascals can safely let off steam.
