The main features of the F 35
Crosscut-mitre fence
DIGIT L: Our system enables precise fine adjustment for 1/10 mm accuracy when setting the length dimension. The display shows all three stop settings applied. The central measuring and display unit calibrates the entire system in one operation. Two flip stops with fine adjustment, two batteries and a charger are included.
Electromotive swivelling and height adjustment for the main saw blade

Big extraction hood
The large extraction bonnet ensures even greater work safety and better handling when making angled cuts. The bonnet can be infinitely adjusted to the respective material thickness and is self-locking.
15″ LED Touchscreen (19:6)
The 15” touchscreen control gives you all the important information at a glance. Functions such as the axis adjustment or the height and swivel adjustment of the saw blade are visualized on the screen, enabling you to make precise adjustments in real time.
Communication with the operator is via the modern HMI (Human Machine Interface), which uses plain text messages to provide constant information about the current status of the machine, making operation considerably easier. Thanks to the standardized control system that is installed in all new machines from the Altendorf Group, you benefit from consistent, user-friendly operation and a smooth workflow.
Sliding table
The sliding table based on the Altendorf-System impresses with its smooth running and precision, even when subjected to decades of use. The torsion-resistant and rigid construction with a generously dimensioned roller guide enables effortless movement and safe running.
The system is low-maintenance, works lubricant-free and is available in five lengths from 1,800 mm to 3,800 mm.

The F 35 type 2 is flexible and precise when processing panels. With digitally displayed fence positions and a repeatable control system with a large display, it offers high accuracy and reliability.
The scoring unit with LED technology for the danger area and an optional RAPIDO-System enables clean cuts and precise results with various panel materials.

The F 35 Type 3 is a flexible and convenient sliding table saw that is ideal for modern companies. With a motorised rip fence and optional DIGIT L, as well as interpolating axis movements, it offers a high level of convenience and precision.
A large, modern display for controlling the functions makes this machine easy to use. The scoring unit, including LED lighting for the danger zone and an optional RAPIDO system, enables clean cutting results.
The main table extension and expansion are made of a premium CDF surface (Compact Density Fiberboard). This highly compressed wood fiber material delivers exceptional stability, outstanding hardness, and moisture resistance – ensuring a long service life.

The F 35 Type 4 combines powerful 7.5 kW performance with maximum user-friendliness. With motorized height and tilt adjustment, a CNC-controlled rip fence, and the UNO 90 crosscut fence working in interpolated coordination, it’s perfectly suited for professional demands.
Various double roller carriage lengths and two cutting widths provide optimal support for long and precise cuts. The motorized scoring unit with LED illumination ensures perfect cut quality.
A table extension and width extension with a durable CDF surface complete the equipment package.

Equipment
DIGIT L
Our system enables precise fine adjustment for 1/10 mm accuracy when setting the length dimension. The display shows all three stop settings applied. The central measuring and display unit calibrates the entire system in one operation. Two flip stops with fine adjustment, two batteries and a charger are included.
Scorer
With motorised height and lateral adjustment, adjustable via the control unit. The working height is motorised when switching on. The danger area of the scoring blade is clearly marked with particularly energy-efficient LED technology.
Separate drive motor 0.55 HP, 8,200 rpm.
RAPIDO system
The RAPIDO system makes adjusting the cutting width straightforward and reduces this step.
The cutting width of the scoring blade can be precisely adjusted to the cutting width of the main saw blade without dismantling. Adjustment range: 3.2 – 3.8 mm.
Rip fence with DIGIT X
Digital cutting width display for the rip fence with manual fine adjustment. This electronic measuring system ensures rapid and precise positioning of the rip fence.
Recurring dimensions can be reproduced exactly and checked on the DIGIT X display. This system is optionally available for Type 1 and integrated as standard in Type 2.
PALIN
The PALIN allows you to cut parallel and conical workpieces on the sliding table. By butting against the side of the workpiece, differing lengths can be cut quickly and precisely without having to move the PALIN.
Also available in the PALIN D version with a digital measurement display and fine adjustment.

Clipboard
The clipboard is conveniently located directly on the control unit at eye level on the right. The parts lists are held in place by a clamp so that you always have your orders in view. Together with the control unit, the clipboard can be tilted and swivelled.
Swivel-out device 
This pivoting device makes it easy to detach the cross slide from the sliding table, so that it can be moved to the side via a movable support and positioned outside the sawing area. This ensures time-saving and safe retooling of the machine, especially for workpieces where the cross slide would be in the way in the work area.
When not in use, it can be parked in a position under the table-top extension, waiting to be used.
STEG
The STEG relieves the operator when formatting large plates with more surface area.
DUPLEX double-sided mitre fence
DUPLEX fences enable bevel cuts at any angle between 0 and 90° with speed and precision and can be positioned anywhere along the entire length of the table. Set it to 45° and a mitre cut can be made on both sides of the workpiece without further adjustments.
Cut to length with folding stop up to max. 1,350 mm.
LED Touchscreen

Menus with complex content are displayed in a user-friendly way, enabling intuitive operation – here the groove function.

The job of cutting and sawing aluminium requires extreme precision. Altendorf sliding table saws have proven themselves for years in the aluminium-processing industry. As the perfect tool for cutting and sawing aluminium, the F 35 does the job with extraordinary precision and can be used individually. Solid wood
