Various improvements and new product features now let you work even faster, more efficiently and more comfortably. Enlarged 15” touchscreen
The 15-inch touchscreen with high-resolution 3D graphics replaces the previous ten-inch monitor. This way, you have all the units in view and can set different parameters.
10 m/min feed rate
The feed rate is now ten meters (32 feet) per minute. You benefit from the increased manufacturing efficiency. The LED tracking lamp helps with the inserting of the workpiece.
Higher hood
The machine column now 100 mm higher simplifies removing the interchangeable bowl system and makes the handling even more ergonomic.
New machine design
Clear industrial design in compact upright construction and torsion-resistant frame.

Fast work
Produce higher quantities in the same time? The new F Series of the Hebrock edge banding machines makes it happen. Thanks to sophisticated technology, we were able to raise the feed rate to ten meters (32 feet) per minute. The LED workpiece tracking lamp at the machine infeed also helps visually when laying out workpieces.
Short heat-up time
Hebrock edgebanders are precision tools. With them, your work is easier – and faster. For this reason, we also took a closer look at how long it took to heat the glue pot and reduced it. Three minutes and thirty seconds – that’s how quickly you’ll be ready to go with the new F Series.
Lower energy use
For sustainability and lower costs, low energy requirements are particularly important. If the machine [optional edge banding machine] is not in use for more than 15 minutes, it enters standby mode and also switches off the heating of the glue pot.

New Double cross-cut saw
The newly developed double cross-cut saw with linear guide lets you approach and machine workpieces with a minimum length of 140 millimeters (5.5 inches).
Revised milling stations
We have given the milling stations a facelift. The new design saves space, which, in turn, simplifies your work to adjust the unit.
