Thanks to the software, our experts access your machine directly. They can move freely within the control and ensure efficient and quick troubleshooting. Our service technicians use the integrated chat function to inform you whether you need to intervene (e.g. pressing the start button).

*Only for machines of the type Altendorf F 45 EvoDrive or ElmoDrive from year of construction 06/2015 with the corresponding software update.
